Hormones influence metabolism. Stress affects energy and sleep. Years of dieting can impact how the body responds to food. And many women feel overwhelmed by balancing careers, caregiving, and personal transitions while finding less and less time for themselves.

I’ve seen how transformative it is when a woman stops blaming herself for her symptoms and starts understanding what her body actually needs.
